About Our Service Department

Need service for your lawn mower, chainsaw, string trimmer, generator, leaf blower, plate compactor, snow blower, plows, etc.? Let Country Equipment Service help you out. With years of experience servicing all different makes and models of equipment, we have the knowledge and tools to do the job right. We are Sheboygan County and Ozaukee County's authorized Toro, Ariens, Gravely, Stihl, Husqvarna, Wacker/Neuson, Boss equipment dealer, as well as an authorized Kohler Engines, Kawasaki Engines, Briggs & Stratton, and Honda Engines dealer. We carry a large variety of parts and we service all makes and models, so no matter what brand of equipment you have, Country Equipment Service can handle your repair needs. The service technician's at Country Equipment Service have the highest level factory training available. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction on all repairs.

Information on Repair Services

• We provide an estimate on all repairs, we will call you when the estimate has been assessed. If you decline to continue with the work you will incur a $30 charge.
• We do what you tell us to do, we will notify you of concerns we have for your unit, however, if you do not specify a repair then we cannot do it.
• You can call our store (920-892-8111) to check status of your repair anytime, if unit needs parts not in-stock we will let you know during the estimate process. (most parts orders come within 2-4 business days except for backorder items).
• Our Shop labor rate is $80/hr. Customers can put a "rush" on equipment service work for a rate of $105/hr. Our typical turn around time is 3 days. 
• All service work must be paid in full before delivery. We take cash, checks or credit cards. 
• We do have an emergency phone # for commercial contractors during winter. This allows 24/7 service for your snow & ice control equipment. All work done after normal business hours will be $105/hr.
